Careers at Canine Training Collective

Canine Training Collective is a relationship-based dog training company serving the Greater Phoenix area. We specialize in building calm, capable dog–human teams through real-world training, clear communication, and grounded leadership.

Our work goes beyond obedience. We coach humans, support dogs through behavior change, and create structure that holds up in everyday life — at home, in public, and under pressure.

We’re looking for trainers who value professionalism without ego, science without rigidity, and connection without chaos. If you’re reliable, thoughtful, and committed to doing meaningful work that actually helps people and their dogs, you’ll fit in here.

Below you’ll find our current opportunities. Each role offers flexibility, support, and room to grow within a collaborative, values-driven team.

  • Someone who thrives with flexibility, independence, and structure
  • A team player who values growth, continued education, and community impact

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with service dog or therapy dog training
